I am an experienced project manager, having successfully overseen projects with clients including:

  • Greater London Authority

  • Richmond Arts Service

  • Museum Development North West

  • Milton Keynes Council

  • Moon Festival

  • Unilever Archive

These have included working with multiple partners, volunteers and stakeholders, so excellent communication and organisational skills have been essential. I am also experienced in budget management and creating reports for funders, including the National Lottery Heritage Fund.

Project partners have provided positive feedback on my approach, including:

"We recruited an amazing Project Manager who steered the project through the myriad of issues that arose over the 18 months. Jen has really been the glue that has made this all happen and on a very tight budget. We couldn’t have wished for a better Project Manager – ‘gold dust’!" (Theresa, Kingston University)

"Jen did a brilliant job of organising, and a brilliant job of managing it, and a brilliant job of getting us all together doing the things that were going to make it a good project." (Chris, independent web developer)

"I think the employment of Jen was pretty miraculous. You need somebody who has not only the ability to curate and see what curation might mean, but also to not micromanage. She has a way of connecting with people and allowing people to work together, which is great." (Eli, artist and storyteller)

“We really enjoyed working with Jen, who delivered an engaging and beautiful exhibition in the tea rooms of Charlton House and who was an excellent project manager. Jen is very easy to work with; highly organised, sensible and clearly communicates what is required to achieve tasks.” (Helen, Charlton House)
